E L S A – Emotional Literacy Support Assistant(s)<\/strong><\/p>\n The Bridge School has two appointed team members (Jade and Josie) who have completed ELSA training.<\/p>\n \u00a0The role of our ELSAs is to support children on a 1:1 or group basis and focus on their specific individual social and emotional needs. Supporting these children allows them to understand and regulate their emotions and work towards dealing with their anxieties. We cover a broad spectrum of needs including family separation, bereavement, SEN needs, bullying, self-esteem issues and anger management.
