Our Quality Assurance (QA) framework is designed to evaluate the extent to which all external providers, whether registered or unregistered, meet our expected standards in safeguarding, curriculum delivery, attendance, and learner progress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Our QA processes include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.3&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_text_color=&#8221;#5C5C5C&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;12px&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.4em&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;|-9px||||&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;1px|55px|2px|||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Rigorous Vetting and Compliance<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 All alternative providers are subject to robust pre-placement checks, including safeguarding policies and procedures, staff DBS clearance, health and safety assessments, insurance documentation, and curriculum suitability.<\/li>\n<li><b>Ongoing Monitoring and Review<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 We carry out regular site visits, quality assurance reviews, learner voice activities, and progress checks to ensure provision aligns with school values, SEND needs, attendance expectations, and behaviour standards.<\/li>\n<li><b>Safeguarding and Welfare Oversight<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) maintains regular communication with providers to ensure that attendance, behaviour, welfare, and emotional well-being are monitored effectively.
