Meeting 3 (June/July): Workshop to improve quality of Teaching and Learning/Alternative Provision – content delivered up WA but suggested by providers. |

3 x individual provider meetings Sept – initial meeting: learner overview, concerns or issues to be addressed, potential future developments. Jan – learner update meeting: learners discussed regarding positive and negative feedback, highlighting of any additional support needed. June/July – Yearly review/ development of SLA for following academic year. |

1 x unannounced drop in – WA 2 Week block that providers know a drop in will happen but are not informed of the day of the time. WA to assess provision when limited preparation time is given. |
· Allows for reflection of day to day delivery at each provider. · Shows the difference in delivery from day to day – formal observation. |
This is supported by regular informal support and drop ins to providers (WA/Keyworker). This occurs when new learners start at providers or that there has been incidents concerning learners. All informal visits are not logged unless Safeguarding or base line expectations concerns are raised.
